Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer with an active DoD Secret Clearance in Saint Louis, MO. This full-time role pays $31.23 per hour and requires at least one year of security experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

You will monitor client sites, conduct patrols, and deter incidents while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $31.23 / Hour

Job Schedule:

This is a full-time position. You can expect to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. The schedule for this position has not been assigned yet. If you are selected to move forward, your schedule will be determined as you progress through the hiring, onboarding, and training process. Your manager will work with you to assign a schedule based on business needs before your start date.
