Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace/defense location by following site procedures, access requirements, and emergency protocols.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating as needed per site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, and perimeters; report unusual activity and hazards.
Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, following visitor management and escort procedures.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation; communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
