Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace/defense location by following site procedures, access requirements, and emergency protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, and perimeters; report unusual activity and hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, following visitor management and escort procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation; communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. You will support security-related operations while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, following visitor management, credentialing, and escort procedures as applicable.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
