Allied Universal in Athens, GA is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Dispatch Support to protect clients in manufacturing and industrial settings. You will coordinate communications, monitor access, and support incident response while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications for security-related personnel, receiving calls, logging incidents, prioritizing requests, and relaying information through established communication channels.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, dispatching appropriate personnel and notifying designated site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident records, dispatch documentation, and shift reports in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around manufacturing facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions, access concerns, and maintenance-related issues to appropriate personnel.

Pay Rate: $17.61 / Hour

Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
