• Maintain logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, sharing updates as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols and note unusual activity or hazards around the location.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor radios, telephones, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations by gathering key details, relaying information to appropriate staff, and helping to coordinate timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, sharing updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting unusual activity, access issues, and/or potential hazards at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
