Job summary

Allied Universal in Osage Beach, MO is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer to protect tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate location. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor entries, and enforce site policies with a professional, people-first approach.

Pay rate is $17.50 per hour and shifts include Mon, Sat, and Sun. You’ll build a flexible schedule, receive training, and be part of a national security team known for reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screening as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by rules.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location while following site-specific procedures and security policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas; identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the property; observe visitor and vendor activity and report concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and contact necessary personnel or responders as directed.
• Prepare clear activity, incident, and patrol reports; share information with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

• Mon: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM
• Sat: 09:30 AM - 07:30 PM
• Sun: 11:30 AM - 06:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
