Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer - Data Center Facility in Goodyear, AZ to protect client sites and support a safe, professional environment.

You will patrol daily, deter incidents, manage access, and deliver dependable customer service while following post orders and safety protocols. We offer full-time hours with benefits and growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

As a Security Officer - Data Center Facility in Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site‑specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established post orders and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking locations, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
