GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Appleton, WI is seeking a Tactical Security Officer for entry-level to mid-level opportunities. You will patrol environments such as retail stores and facilities, read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly throughout your shift.

The role emphasizes physical movement, observation, and quick threat response, with a comprehensive benefits package and uniform provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Have advance written & communication skills
• Must be 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license and a clear MVR record
• Must have 6 months of Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required

• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 2nd shift 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
