GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Officer in Beaver Dam, WI. You will patrol diverse environments, verify identities, and respond rapidly to incidents while maintaining vigilance across the shift schedule.

The role requires a 21+ age minimum, a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean MVR, and the ability to stand/walk through the shift. Comprehensive benefits and uniform provided are included.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.

• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Beaver Dam, WI 53916
• Full-time, Thursday through Sunday, 1st shift 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Part-time, Wednesday through Friday, 3rd shift, 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
• Full-time, Tuesday through Friday, 2nd shift 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Full-time, Thursday through Sunday, 2nd shift 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Qualifications of a Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Must be 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license with a clear MVR record
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
