Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Accountability in Breinigsville, PA. This role offers reliable, fixed hours with opportunities to pick up extra shifts and earn more through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $19.47 per hour, with a Saturday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM shift. Candidates should have access-control and badge experience, alarm panel familiarity, and a background in customer service to support employees, visitors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials and authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established protocols.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, report suspicious or unauthorized activity, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, common areas, and the facility perimeter, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Accountability in Breinigsville, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.47 / Hour

Job Schedule: Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
  Candidates must demonstrate prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.




• Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
  Candidates should possess experience in operating and managing alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm activation, deactivation, troubleshooting, and responding to alarm events.




• Customer Service Experience (B219)
  Candidates must have a proven track record in customer service roles. This includes effective communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and customers.

How This Role Works

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.


• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Alarm panel experience is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
