Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer - Evenings - Customer Service in Lancaster, OH to protect clients in multiple industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service while using computer or tablet systems as needed.

This full-time position pays $23.44 per hour with a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule, four late shifts and one-weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology data center location by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility to identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization per site procedures, maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel and follow Allied Universal procedures.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
