Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional demeanor and assist customers, employees, visitors, and guests.
• Maintain a visible presence in the facility or building.
• Monitor the environment and detect suspicious activity.
• Greet customers and guests professionally at all times.
• Answer phones professionally and manage entrances/exits.
• Follow facility policies and perform required patrols.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
