Job summary

OPS Security Group LLC is seeking Physical Security Officers for weekend and evening shifts in demanding, fast-paced environments such as medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues and public events. PSOs protect people, information and property while delivering high-end customer service.

Responsibilities include emergency response, crime deterrence, logs, patrols, and de-escalation. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in customer service and security,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Minimum two years of security experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain state security officer license.
• Must be able to obtain OCAT, PATH, and PPBT certifications.
• Must pass comprehensive background investigation and urinalysis screening.
• Willingness to undergo OPS training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high end customer service.
• Respond to emergencies promptly.
• Deterrence and prevention of crime.
• Complete daily logs and incident reports.
• Conduct regular walking or vehicle patrols.
• Build professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workers.
• De-escalate conflicts and detain suspects when needed.
