Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain logs, and direct authorized personnel.
• Screen deliveries, pickups, and contractor access per site procedures and deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document observations, and report concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, dock areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and driver logs, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Screen and document deliveries, pickups, and contractor access in accordance with site procedures while helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and promptly reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, dock areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city-issued license for security-related work is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
