• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following reporting procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation per site requirements.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Tue: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Fri: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sat: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
