GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Tracy, CA. The role emphasizes customer service, welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding people through secure access points across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The position offers a set schedule of 24 hours per week (Wed-Fri, 6:30am-3:00pm), a competitive hourly wage of $22, medical/dental/vision benefits, retirement 401(k) with matching, paid holidays, disability and life insurance, uniform

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• One year of security experience in a Warehouse or Distribution environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• BSIS Guard Card and 32-hour trainings; additional trainings can be obtained during hiring

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and verify identity at entry
• Manage access control and visitor screening
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Officer

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Officer

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• One year of Security experience in a Warehouse or Distribution environment required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
