Job Title

Security Officer - Concierge

Pay Rate

Job Description

We help make your world a safer place by protecting client property and personnel. As a Security Officer, you will observe and report activities at assigned client sites, patrol premises, enforce regulations, and provide excellent customer service to clients’ employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site.
• Provide for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Actively monitor the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
• Enforce regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
• Maintain vigilance and record keeping of incidents.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided for candidates with retail, food service, or hospitality backgrounds.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk for long periods, climb stairs, walk on uneven terrain, lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
