Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Security Officer / Guard to protect client sites and people. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth within the company. Training is provided, no prior experience required, and a range of benefits is available.

Responsibilities include monitoring, reporting incidents, and delivering excellent customer service at the site. Compliance with licensing requirements is required.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must meet and maintain applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.

• Lift up to 10 pounds, sometimes up to 25 pounds.

Job Description

Security Officer / Guard

Wage: $17.00 – $17.50 per hour

Positions: Full-time and Part-time

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must meet and maintain applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.

Job Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Conduct frequent sitting, standing, and walking, including climbing stairs and walking on uneven terrain.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds and sometimes up to 25 pounds.
• Actively monitor premises, patrol locations, and enforce regulations to maintain order.
• Provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers.

Training

No experience necessary. Training will be provided for retail, food service, or hospitality industry backgrounds.
