Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Security Officer for a full-time role in Meridian, ID. The position offers a wage of $17.36-$18.06 per hour with evening and weekend shifts and extensive training.

Primary duties include access control, patrols, reporting, and customer service across client sites. Ideal candidates bring 18+ years of age, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and a background in security, law enforcement, or the military is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• CPR certification required (provided).
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises in varying weather conditions.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Interact with client employees and guests on a regular basis.
• Work in a team to meet site goals.
• respond to emergencies with calm, professional judgement.
