Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while following site policies and emergency procedures at a manufacturing/industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner with proper reporting.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas and perimeter to identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with credential verification, and direct employees and visitors as needed.
• Document patrol findings and incidents and communicate information to site leadership.
