As a **Security Officer - Commercial Patrol** in **Denver, CO** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing excellent customer service, and communicating clearly with tenants and visitors. You will contribute to a positive environment by acting with integrity, working collaboratively with your team, and demonstrating reliability and agility in your daily responsibilities.

**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $23.69 / Hour**

Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity and helping to deter potential issues.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.

+ Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Possession of a Denver County Unarmed Security Professional License is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
