Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Experienced Client Service in Fremont, CA to safeguard clients across automotive locations and other industries. You will provide a visible security presence, handle incidents, perform patrols, and maintain logs while delivering outstanding customer service.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year of security experience, a high school diploma or GED, and 21+ years old for most positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to identify and report unusual conditions on the site.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs.
• Support traffic flow and parking procedures for employees, visitors, deliveries, and contractors.
