Allied Universal® in King Of Prussia, PA is seeking a Security Officer with DoD Top Secret clearance to join our dispatch-focused team. You will coordinate security communications, monitor alarms and access activity, and dispatch personnel to ensure timely responses.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service following site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch security-related calls, alarms, service requests, and incident notifications.
• Monitor communications systems, cameras, alarms, and other site systems; relay information to supervisors and responders.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records per aerospace/defense location procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate notifications as needed.

Pay Rate: $28.58 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Pre-Employment Requirements:

1. Contractual Requirements:
   • All candidates must possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance (C102) prior to employment. This is a mandatory requirement for all positions that involve access to sensitive information. Verification of this clearance will be conducted as part of the pre-employment screening process. If you do not have an active clearance, we encourage you to explore opportunities that may align with your qualifications and experience.
2. Additional Qualifications (Beneficial to Position): While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly beneficial and may enhance a candidate's suitability for the position:
   • Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Experience in managing access control systems and issuing badges.
   • Alarm Panel Experience (B202): Familiarity with alarm panel operations and monitoring.
   • Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks and communication.
   • CPR Certification (B205): Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is preferred.
   • Customer Service Experience (B219): Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch security-related calls, alarms, service requests, and incident notifications to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor communications systems, cameras, alarms, and other site systems; relay accurate information to supervisors, responders, and authorized contacts.
• Maintain clear dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records in accordance with aerospace and defense location procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating notifications according to established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
