As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Clearance Required in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols throughout a retail and mall location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will respond to concerns, communicate professionally with visitors and staff, and deliver service with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and a people-first approach.

Pay Rate: $24.51 / Hour

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and mall common areas, storefronts, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious conditions, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while helping to deter unauthorized access, theft, trespassing, and disruptive behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
