Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Enhanced Security Officer at Fort Worth, TX. This role offers a flexible, dependable option to supplement income and build experience with the industry leader.

Pay rate is $22.56 per hour. You will work a fixed anchor shift with the possibility to pick up extra shifts via our scheduling platform, potentially increasing earnings while maintaining a part-time base schedule.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in security-related roles.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required, per policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and report observations according to site procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain required logs and reports.
• Assist with the protection of controlled areas, equipment, and sensitive materials by following applicable site policies and escalation protocols.

Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Security Clearance in Fort Worth, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $22.56 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of experience in security‑related roles.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
