Security Officer Job Responsibilities

The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facility while providing a high level of customer service to guests, dignitaries, employees, and visitors. Relationship -building skills are key.

Security Officer Requirements:

• Valid Security Officer Certification/PILB
• Willingness to submit to a background check
• Clean and professional appearance
• Ability to stand up and walk for 12 hours
• Strong communication and decision making skills

Security Officer Preferred Qualifications:

• Ex-law enforcement
• Military service
