Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will manage access points, verify credentials, monitor entry activity, and assist with maintaining an orderly environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. Through professional communication, teamwork, and integrity, you will help deter incidents while delivering dependable customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, processing visitors, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
• Observe inbound and outbound traffic, including personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers, and report unusual activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated access points, loading areas, parking locations, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
