Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer - Building Inspection in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide security services for commercial real estate, patrol the site, monitor access, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism.

The role offers a flexible daytime schedule, access to Allied Universal’s shift-claim platform, and opportunities for growth within a leading security and facilities services company. This is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access activity, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, suspicious activity, and other property-related issues to site management and Allied Universal leadership in a timely manner.

What You'll Do:
