Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for an unarmed patrol role in Conshohocken, PA. This full-time position involves monitoring industrial facilities, providing excellent customer service, and enforcing site policies with professional communication.

You will conduct patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents and alarms with a calm, problem-solving approach. CPR/First Aid are preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required and background check will be conducted.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds and work in an industrial setting may be required.
• Applicants must meet state and local licensing and drug screening rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings and parking areas.
• Monitor access by checking credentials and directing visitors accordingly.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies calmly and document observations.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol CPR Preparedness in Conshohocken, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support access control operations. Pay Rate: $16.05 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Wed 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Fri 07:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, directing authorized visitors, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
