Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures.

• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate observations to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.


• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access-related records.


• Control access for deliveries, vendors, and contractors in accordance with established procedures, including directing authorized personnel to designated areas.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, exterior areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.


• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
