Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver CPR Response in Dallas, TX. You will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver CPR Response in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact professionally with employees and visitors, communicate observations, and provide outstanding customer service. What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, media and technology workspaces, parking areas, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and facility concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Complete clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications to support site operations.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
