Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a chemical/petrochemical manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, production-adjacent areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor and vehicle entry records, and report unauthorized access attempts.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do
