Allied Universal in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Security Officer Armed Security Response to protect financial institutions and other sites. The role emphasizes professional patrols, rapid response, strong customer service, and adherence to post orders to deter incidents.

You will conduct regular armed patrols, monitor access points, and document actions while coordinating with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, offices, parking areas, ATMs, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity; report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when required.

Education

Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour

• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
