Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and completely in required reports.

What You'll Do:

• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
