Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally; notify appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures, maintaining an orderly environment for emergency healthcare operations.
• Carry authorized equipment per Allied Universal policies and complete accurate incident reports and daily activity documentation.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Operations in Little Rock, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a fast-paced emergency healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $17.46 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping maintain an orderly environment for emergency healthcare operations.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, applicable laws, and site requirements, and complete accurate incident reports and daily activity documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a CPO certification.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
