Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol Incident Response in Houston, TX. You will provide customer service, deter incidents through armed patrols, and respond professionally to site needs for an aerospace and defense location.

The role requires meeting minimum qualifications, including age, education, and background checks. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay and opportunities to grow within Allied Universal.

Formación

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout facilities, controlled areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, document observations and incidents, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Carry and maintain authorized equipment in accordance with applicable licensing requirements, training, and site-specific procedures.

Pay Rate: $20.87 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Minimum Requirements:

• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
