Allied Universal is seeking an armed Security Officer (Patrol Driver) in Jacksonville, FL. You will provide security services for transportation facilities, conducting patrols, monitoring access, and responding to incidents while delivering excellent customer service to passengers and staff.

The role requires a valid driver's license, armed guard credentials (preferred), CPR/First Aid (preferred), and a high school diploma.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at transportation facilities and surrounding areas.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transit centers, platforms, parking areas, buildings, vehicle access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations through established channels.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and coordinating with emergency responders and law enforcement when needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and actions taken.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
