Qualifications

• 3+ years of security or related experience, or a college degree.
• Armed guard card or license.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Background check and drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. • Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and required logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security‑related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
