Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in San Antonio, TX. This armed post offers fixed shifts with anchor schedules and the option to pick up additional shifts via the scheduling platform, enabling earnings growth while maintaining balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales areas, parking lots, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious conditions or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Prepare incident reports, patrol logs, and required documentation in accordance with site procedures for armed posts.

As a Security Officer Armed - Parking Lot Patrol inSan Antonio, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat04:15 PM - 11:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
