As a Security Officer Armed Mobile Patrol Driver Enhanced Part Time in Anadarko, OK, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $20.86 / Hour

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.


• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at a utility location by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑control requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate.


• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of utility facilities, substations, operations areas, parking and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.


• Monitor access points, verify authorization for entry, and maintain awareness of personnel and vehicle activity in restricted or critical infrastructure areas.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate contacts and document actions taken according to site procedures.


• Complete accurate reports, maintain required equipment, and communicate observations, incidents, and security‑related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.


• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
