Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Enhanced Security Officer in Oklahoma City, OK. This role offers flexible, anchored shifts with additional shifts available through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $22.20 per hour for candidates 21+ and able to work in a healthcare setting. The position includes opportunities to earn more via the claim-a-shift program and build experience toward a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: armed guard card or license, 21+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, donors, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, helping to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and applicable laws.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed, and report access-control concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Maintain required armed post qualifications and handle assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, client procedures, and applicable regulations.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Patrol Operations in Oklahoma City, OK, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $22.20 / Hour

21+ years old - Weekly Pay

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 08:30 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 08:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
