Requirements

• MUST HAVE ACTIVE ARIZONA DPS ARMED GUARD CARD TO APPLY
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Flexible schedule for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform duties such as walking, standing, and maintaining alertness.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills in routine and emergency situations.
• Grooming and professional appearance standards compliance.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 10 lbs.
• Strong observation and attention to detail skills.
• Customer service orientation and professional interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.

Duties

Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling, monitoring surveillance, controlling access, and deterring criminal activity. Report incidents, assist in emergencies, and provide excellent customer service to ensure safety of all personnel and property.
