As a Security Officer Armed - Driver Patrol in Wesley Chapel, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 07:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Tue 07:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Sun 07:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property representatives by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with emergency services and property contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, documenting incidents, patrol findings, and policy violations in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain proficiency with assigned equipment and follow applicable laws, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal armed post procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
