Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Clinical Security Driver in Bartlett, TN, a healthcare-focused, unarmed patrol role. The position is full-time with a pay rate of $17.91 per hour. Work schedules include night shifts across multiple days, with full-time hours and hospital-specific security responsibilities.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You may support security-related activities in sensitive hospital areas and assist with individuals as needed. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, patient-care areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directions, and access-control procedures while maintaining a professional and compassionate presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or facility personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possession of a guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
