As a Security Officer - Armed Bank Patrol in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as needed, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. This armed post requires professionalism and a commitment to upholding a people-first approach, working collaboratively with others and always acting with integrity.

Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within financial institution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or access.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior or activity and report findings according to established protocols.
• Assist with access control and verify identification of individuals entering restricted areas.
• Support emergency response activities and communicate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a valid North Carolina Armed Security Professional License.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
