Job summary

PalAmerican Security in Indiana is seeking a highly skilled Armed Security Officer to protect healthcare facilities and ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Military and/or Corrections experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computer systems and incident reporting.
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the security and safety of healthcare sites through regular patrols.
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures with professionalism.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide security assistance.
• Engage with patients, staff, and visitors to offer assistance and directions.
• Monitor CCTV systems to identify and prevent potential issues.
