Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate required.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. with valid proof.
• Pass Physical Agility Test (PAT) and complete required training.
• Successful background check completion.
• Indiana Driver’s License.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Must meet all legal and contractual security requirements including firearm eligibility.
• Pass drug test and maintain a drug-free status.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order and protect people and property from harm or theft.
• Conduct roving patrols and monitor premises vigilantly.
• Report incidents, hazards, and found articles accurately in writing.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms and emergencies.
• Control access to facilities and verify identities of visitors and personnel.
• Use communication devices and client property responsibly.
• Employ personal defense tactics and de-escalation techniques when needed.

Key Requirements
