Qualifications

• Valid state armed security license.
• State firearms permit/licensure.
• Clean background check.
• Drug screening clearance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
• High level of physical fitness.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Control gate access for vehicles and pedestrians, verifying IDs and credentials.
• Perform routine patrols of assigned areas to detect safety or security issues.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and enforce site rules and regulations.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established protocols.
• Prepare accurate, timely incident and daily activity reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and team members.
• Follow post orders, safety procedures, and chain-of-command instructions.
• Support investigations by observing, documenting, and reporting details.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain firearms and security certifications.
