Join our Allied Universal Hiring Event! We are hiring Security Officers and want you on our team. We are seeking experienced security officers and applicants with law enforcement or military experience in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and surrounding suburbs.

• Location: 2001 Killebrew Drive, Minnesota Room - Lower Level, Bloomington, MN 55425

Basic Requirements

• 18+ years old, High School Diploma or equivalent
• Background check and drug screening required
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at a high school level
• Professional attire required; no sweatpants or pajamas
• No visible tattoos on face, hands, neck
• Resume in hand or on phone

Wages depend on site and experience. As a Security Officer, you will serve clients across various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, enforce safety and security procedures, and respond to emergencies
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations
• Conduct patrols around the business and perimeter, environment varies by site

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 for unarmed, 21+ for armed roles
• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Background check and drug screening required
• State/local licensing requirements may apply
• Valid driver’s license for driving roles
