Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Alarm Panel Review Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX. You will patrol, monitor access points, and respond to security incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include conducting patrols, maintaining security procedures, and communicating with site leadership. This full-time, hourly role offers opportunities for growth and benefits as part of Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Alarm panel experience and access control/badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, vendor, and contractor entry procedures as required by site rules.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and share information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Alarm Panel Review Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, vendor, and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
